These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the MindTrace mobile application and related services ('MindTrace', 'the App', 'we', 'our'). By accessing or using MindTrace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use MindTrace. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Service

MindTrace is provided for personal use only. You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to engaging in illegal activity, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with the functionality of the service.

3. No Medical or Psychological Advice

MindTrace is a self-help and reflection tool. It does not provide medical or psychological advice and is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or professional care. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding mental health conditions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

MindTrace offers monthly and annual subscription plans with a 7-day free trial. You must sign up for a subscription to access premium features. You may cancel your subscription anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges. After the trial, you will be billed automatically. Cancellations take effect at the next renewal date; no pro-rated refunds are provided.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding user-generated content) remain the property of MindTrace App Limited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindTrace App Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
